Lisa Baumann

Lisa has been practicing law since 2020 and is a member of the Financial Services and Corporate/M&A service areas.

Lisa has extensive experience in investment law. She advises, among others, capital management companies, credit institutions as well as non-licensed asset managers and financial distributors in all areas of regulatory law. Her focus is on the structuring and launch of investment funds. Lisa also has extensive experience in advising asset managers and securities institutions on entering the German market and assists with the necessary licensing procedures.

In addition, Lisa advises on all legal issues of commercial and corporate law, in particular on national and international M&A transactions, intra-group restructurings and company formations.

Prior to joining Deloitte Legal, Lisa worked as a lawyer for a leading real estate law firm and completed a secondment in the legal department of a fully licensed credit institution.

Lisa speaks German and English.
