Dr. Marcell Baumann advises companies, financial services institutions, banks and private individuals in matters of financing and corporate law.
The focus of his finance law practice is on corporate finance and the drafting of loan agreements. He is an expert in art secured loans and part of Deloitte's global art finance team. Marcell Baumann also represents his clients in all their corporate law matters.
In addition to German and English, Marcell Baumann speaks Hungarian.
Prior to joining Deloitte Legal, Marcell Baumann worked for other renowned law firms in Stuttgart.
