Dr. Martin Wittmann is a partner and Co-Lead of our Service Line Dispute Resolution. He provides comprehensive advice to national and international companies on corporate law issues, M&A projects, joint ventures and restructurings. One focus of his work is advising the public sector and its companies.
He also focuses on taking over judicial as well as extrajudicial proceedings for the enforcement of claims or defense against claims of his clients. As a commercial mediator (CVM), his work also includes alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
Before joining Deloitte Legal, he worked for several years at other leading international law firms.
Martin Wittmann is a member of the VGR (Wissenschaftliche Vereinigung für Unternehmens- und Gesellschaftsrecht e.V.), a certified specialist lawyer in banking and capital markets law and a lecturer at the German Law School of the University of Warsaw.
He speaks German and English.
