Pedro Vera Martínez joined Deloitte Legal in July 2022 as a Senior Associate in the Corporate/M&A service line. He advises German and international clients on commercial and corporate law matters, M&A transactions and contract law.
Mr. Vera Martínez is admitted to the German, Spanish and Mexican Bars (as Rechtsanwalt and Abogado). His expertise encompasses cross-border M&A and VC transactions, as well as ongoing advice on German and European corporate law. Furthermore, he has solid experience in corporate compliance matters, commercial contract drafting and IT law.
Prior to joining Deloitte Legal, Mr. Vera Martínez served as Corporate Counsel and legal advisor to leading international companies in the financial, IT, industry, and transportation sectors for over 9 years. He completed his legal education in Hamburg, Madrid, and Monterrey.
