Xinyi is a qualified Chinese lawyer. As Lü Shi (PR China), she is admitted to the Frankfurt Bar Association and is authorized to practice law within the scope of Chinese law. In her over 7 years of grounded legal practice, her primary practice areas are M&A, corporate and employment. She represents international companies on cross-boarder M&A and reorganization projects and leads employee transfers and massive layoffs.

Xinyi regularly leads several cases of local management replacement and has represented Chinese subsidiaries of several Fortune 500 companies and international clients in litigation and labor arbitration in China. Those experiences enabled her to advise clients on transaction and compliance issues with insights into risk management and litigation.

She graduated from the University of Hamburg (LL.M) and China University of Political Science and Law (Peking, Master of Law and Bachelor of Law).
