Yamina Rouba joined Deloitte Legal in 2022 as an Associate and Attorney-at-law in the Banking and Finance team. She advises German and international clients on banking and regulatory law, in particular in connection with governance and compliance projects and transactions.
Yamina Rouba graduated in law from the University of Konstanz. During her studies, she took the university specialization in commercial criminal law.
During her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart, she took the elective subject of commercial law and voluntarily continued her session service at the public prosecutor's office. Furthermore, during her legal clerkship, she worked for a large international bank in the legal department of wealth management.
Yamina Rouba speaks German and English.
