Work, workforce and workplace is changing faster than ever. As technology gets increasingly vital to everyday life and work, new ways of doing old things constantly emerge. The senior learning leaders today are rethinking the ways they manage careers and deliver always-on learning and development (L&D). Learning can no longer be something you go and do; learning needs to be in the flow of the work you do.
Human Capital learning conclave is a forum for senior learning and business leaders to collaborate, share insights, discuss issues and solutions, explore new ideas on the future of learning.
This event will cover a key note address by Josh Bersin, Founder of Bersin by Deloitte, on latest trends and research on global learning and career landscape. This will be followed by discussions on putting learning back into work, next generation learning strategies and stories from the front lines facilitated by Deloitte’s global learning experts, including Bill Pelster, Principal, Deloitte US and Ankur Walunjkar, Partner, Deloitte India and Learning Solutions Leader, APAC.
