Shinji Dobata

Shinji is the division leader of the Internal Control and Management Structure Division under the Audit & Assurance Division of the Assurance Services Division.
He has been involved in audit services, fast closing of accounts, overseas subsidiary management, digitalization of areas in account settlement, and other advisory services provided to major global manufacturing companies. Shinji is responsible for talent at the global office of Deloitte’s Japanese Services Group and is the leader of the Japanese Services Group in India and Korea. He also has experience working in Singapore (2009-2013).
