Takako Fujimoto

Takako joined Tohmatsu & Co. (currently Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC) in 1991, mainly. engaged in accounting audits based on Japanese accounting standards and IFRS for Japanese companies in manufacturing, communications, and general trading.

Since 2018 she is in charge of consulting on accounting standards as Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC Audit Quality Management Division Audit Technical Center Leader. Since 2016, she serves as a Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants Director (responsible for corporate accounting/IFRS), and in 2019, she assumed the position of a Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants Executive Director (responsible for corporate accounting/disclosure of corporate information, current position). Takako also became an Accounting Standards Board of Japan SSBJ Establishment Preparatory Committee Member in 2022 (current position).
