Yoshichika Matsushita

Yoshichika Matsushita worked at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC in auditing and supporting public offerings.

After that, he was seconded to a major securities company and then engaged in Mergers and Acquisitions, and now he focuses on ESG Services.

In particular, he has expertise in Corporate Governance Services, including analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of the Board of Directors and introducing a risk appetite framework. 

He also serves as a sub-leader in Sustainability & Climate Institute for the Deloitte Tohmatsu Group and serves as representative director of Deloitte Tohmatsu Sustainability, which is responsible for assurance of  the sustainability in Deloitte Tohmatsu Group.

Qualification:
Certified Public Accountant in Japan
