Prior to joining Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, he spent 5 years working at Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting (DTC), where he had been engaged in consulting services mainly for real estate, retail and distribution industries, including formulation of business strategies, Pre/Post M&A, strengthening governance, business operation improvement, regulatory response (J-SOX/IFRS, etc.), and formulation of CRE (Corporate Real Estate) strategies.
He joined current department in 2012 and has worked as a project manager for risk management, internal control, internal audit, BCP/BCM, etc. for industries such as finance, real estate, energy, telecommunications, and information services. As the leader of the Strategic Risk Advisory Team, he is leading projects to upgrade strategic risk management, such as strategic risk assessment, governance restructuring, and risk analysis based on the macro/micro/internal environment.
In addition, he has been engaged in investigation, analysis of the causes, and formulation of measures as well as strengthening management systems such as group governance, risk management, human resources, and auditing to prevent recurrence of fraud and scandals that have a serious impact on management.
He wrote 'Management Handbook for Real Estate Rental Business' (Co-author, Progress), 'Practical CFO Management' (Co-author, JMA Management Center Inc.), 'Latest Everything of the Corporate Governance' (Co-author, Nihon Jitsugyo Publishing) and others.
