Jun Ozawa

Jun joined Deloitte Tohmatsu Financial Advisory LLC in July 2021. Previous to his current position,, he was a CTO of a major P&C insurance company, responsible for the introduction and promotion of new architecture, large-scale developments, and creation of a system road maps. He also was a core member in the large-scale system integration resulting from the merger of the insurance companies.

He has experienced many projects related to modernization of legacy systems and cloud migration. In promoting DX, he introduced development methods to realize business strategies at an early stage and engaged in talent development. With his efforts, he successfully shifted the development style to be agile-focused.
