Jun Kikuta provides services related to investment activities and other general corporate matters to both domestic and foreign clients. He also has experiences in a broad range of disputes and litigations. He mainly engages in works/advice related to: 

• Domestic and global M&A transactions and business restructuring
• Corporate governance, general shareholders’ meeting, takeover defense measure, tender offers and other disclosure regulations, activists (e.g., shareholders’ proposal, share buyback request and petition for determination of fair price)
• Financing such as investment funds, project finance, and LBO finance 
• Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, Companies Act, Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trades Act, and other various regulations
• Foreign investments by domestic companies and investments in Japan by foreign companies
• Renewable energy
• Reviewing various transaction contracts and agreements 
• Disputes (e.g., litigation, injunction, provisional disposition and provisional attachment, execution, criminal complaint, mediation at FINMAC)
