Yoshimasa Takagi joined DT Legal Japan in November 2017. Before joining DT Legal Japan, he has gained significant professional experiences, having worked at an English law firm and an accounting based law firm, where he was engaged in inbound and outbound transactions for multinational companies. His practice focuses mainly on cross-border transactions, especially on global restructuring of organizations. The countries he worked with are in wide variety covering countries in the South East Asia, Europe, North and South America and in the Middle East. Furthermore, he specializes in domestic/inbound/outbound M&A, domestic restructuring, overseas law legal researches and in addressing investigations under overseas anti-monopoly regulations.
