David is a Business Tax Services Partner with 15 years of experience as a tax professional. After 5 years based in London, he joined Deloitte’s Japan member firm in 2004 and advises inbound clients on Japanese domestic and cross-border tax issues. Prior to training as a chartered accountant, David spent 6 years working in Japan for a Japanese multinational. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, and is President of the British Chamber of Commerce in Japan.
