Hiroyuki has over 20 years’ experience advising clients on accounting and tax issues, including 11 years as an international tax specialist. He was seconded to the Netherlands from 2001 to 2005, where he advised Dutch companies on Japanese tax issues, and Japanese companies on Dutch tax matters. He practices in international tax area including tax planning, cross boarder restructuring, and cross border M&A.
