He specialized in M&A and cross-border/international tax advice for Japanese/foreign multinationals as well as global private equity funds.
His experiences covered wide range of tax area such as M&A (acquisition/exit) structuring, reorganization, due diligence, carve-out, global tax minimization, GHQ/RHQ tax planning, PMI, operating model effectiveness and tax modeling, etc.
In addition, he was a Tax VP at major investment bank and managed internal tax matters including tax audit defense, transfer pricing on global trading and principal investments.
He also contributed lots of tax technical articles to professional magazines and played a role as the lecturer for internal/external tax seminars.
