May has 20+ years of working with Global and Japanese multinational organisations providing Japan income tax services, Global Mobility consulting and compensation management services.  

Being fluent in both Japanese and English and her expatriate experience of working at Deloitte UK, May provides Global Mobility consulting services including Global Mobility strategic planning, Talent Mobility and all operational elements such as policy, process optimisation and compensation management.  Technology and digital integration into Global Mobility programmes is another focus area for May to enable Japanese organisations with leading technology and thought leadership.
