Yukiko is a Managing Director at International Tax and M&A service based in Tokyo. After working in Deloitte New York for 7 years, she joined Deloitte Tohmatsu Tax Co. in 2009 and has provided tax consulting advise to Japanese multinational companies, covering outbound cross-border M&A deals, tax structuring, post-acquisition integration (PMI), and global restructuring.
Yukiko earned her Master of Science in Taxation and Master of Business Administration in Accounting from Zicklin Business School in New York.
