Izzad Shamsudin
Business Advisory Leader,
Deloitte Malaysia

Izzad currently leads the Business Advisory practice and innovation team that focuses on implementing various automation solutions for clients, such as implementation of automation solutions in new accounting standard MFRS 16 'Leases'. Izzad has worked extensively with clients in the banking and GLC sectors. He was also a manager in an advisory practice, specialising in Banking and Capital Market. His advisory exposure includes being a programme manager and advisor for the setup of Islamic Banking Window of a foreign bank, facilitator and content developer for a senior management strategy retreat for a leading development financial institution and manager for a simulation exercise involving a bank failure for a leading statutory body.

He had more than 10 years of working experience in the public accounting practice, specialising in statutory audit. Prior to joining Deloitte, he has held the position of Head of Finance and ICT in a multi-national establishment and Audit Senior Manager with another professional services firm.

Foo Mei Yin
Audit and Assurance Director,
Deloitte Malaysia

Mei Yin has experience in the public accounting practice in other Big Four firms. She has been involved in the audits of local subsidiaries of large multinational corporations, public and private companies that operate in various industries including property development and construction, conglomerate (investment holding, distribution, property management, plantation, property development and secretarial), Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT), education, engineering services, trading, manufacturing and retail industries.

She has advised companies on the adoption of appropriate accounting policies and practices and was involved in Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards implementation projects and various accounting advisory services, including implementation software solution for the MFRS 16 'Lease' accounting standard.

She currently provides technical support to the Audit and Business Advisory Service line.

Claus Finderup Grove
CEO and co-founder of Konsolidator

Claus has more than 20 years of experience as a Financial Controller and CFO in both privately owned companies, as well as public listed companies. Claus co-founded Konsolidator with two other individuals and is currently the CEO of Konsolidator. Furthermore, Claus manages the Sales, Marketing and Human Resouces Management of Konsolidator.

Claus' main focus is to increase the knowledge and usage of Konsolidator globally. With sales and marketing teams in Denmark, Sweden and England and partners in Denmark, Switzerland and Malaysia, the global reach is increasing. The usage of digital marketing is key to Konsolidator in establishing itself as the de facto standard for cloudbased consolidation products globally.

Before co-founding Konsolidator, Claus held the position of CFO in a medium sized international company in the shipping and IT industry.

Jack Skov
CFO and co-founder of Konsolidator

Jack is currently the CFO of Konsolidator and a State Authorized Public Accountant with 10 years of working experience as a CFO and more than 10 years in public accounting where he specialised in statutory audit. At Konsolidator, Jack is in charge of the finance department as well as the customer implementation of Konsolidator.

Jack and his department work extensively serving Konsolidator’s customers and its implementation partners, who are primarilty public accountants, throughout the implementation process. His team would co-facilitate the training and workshops and are responsible for testing the functions of the Konsolidator software. Prior to joining Konsolidator, he has held the position of CFO in a medium sized multi-national company and as an Audit Senior Manager at Deloitte in Copenhagen. Jack has worked extensively with small and medium sized companies at Deloitte.

Henrik Toftum
Managing Director of AP FLOW GROUP

Henrik has a proven track record in building teams and organisations within the technology sector to deliver sound sales strategies for growth and multi-million Euro profits. He has an in-depth understanding of the technology needs of large corporate customers and extensive experience in business development strategies.

Henrik as a Managing Director of AP FLOW GROUP has built a portfolio of software solutions that cater to specific processes within finance/accounting function. Among others, they include Procure To Pay, Invoice Automation, Bank and Credit Card Reconcilliation, Invoice portals for AR and AP and Financial Consolidation software.
