Mohd Fairuz Bin Ismail

Fairuz is a TMT sector leader for Risk Advisory in Malaysia and specialises in Cyber Security and Technology Risk practices within the regional Telecommunications industry. He has over 21 years of experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Cyber Strategy, IT/OT Technology Risk and Telco network services across South-East Asia. The service portfolio includes Emerging Technologies, Industrial Control Systems and Techco.

He is also actively involved in a new technology and policy initiative under the Industry Working Group as a Vice-Chairman of the Security, Trust & Privacy sub-working group of Malaysia Technical Standards Forum Board (MTSFB). He is also the technical leader in the development of IMT-2020 (5G) security and has successfully registered as a MCMC technical code.
