Nor Suhana Sulaiman

Suhana is primarily responsible for the portfolio of audit clients. She has more than 17 years of experience with the Audit practice in Deloitte.

Her work encompasses various aspect of auditing and has been involved in various audit assignments comprising clients ranging from government agencies, small limited companies to public listed companies and multinational corporations in property developer, manufacturing, F&B, transportation, petrochemical, engineering, trading and service industries. She is also involved in financial statements audit in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in the United States of America (US GAAP) and on SOX compliance. She currently offers Disruptive Events Assurance (i.e IPO readiness) and provides business advisory services to clients.

She is also involved in business advisory engagement on restructuring exercise for one of the major GLCs in Johor and accounting review service engagements on top of various Agreed-Upon Procedures engagement for client’s submission to government authorities.

Suhana is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and CPA Australia.
