Alexander heads the Debt & Capital Advisory practice in the Netherlands. With over 20 year experience in corporate finance he has significant experience with (re-)structuring lender consortia of (international) Corporates and Private Equity owned (portfolio) companies. Alexander specializes in capital structure, international debt financing, acquisition financing, and government backed instruments.
