Partner at Deloitte Consulting in the Netherlands and leads the Dutch and North South Europe (NSE) HR Transformation Offering, which covers all our HR Transformation advisory and HR Technology market offerings like HR Strategy & Service Delivery, Digital HR Strategy, Employee Experience, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow and Emerging Digital HR Solutions (Salesforce, Infor, etc). Part of the Human Capital OpCo and the Consumer Industry MT for Consulting.

He has led HR Transformation initiatives within complex environments across Europe, Australia and Asia. Bart helps complex organisations design and deploy innovative HR strategies, adaptive and agile HR operating models, HR shared services, HR customer experiences, and enabling processes, tools and capabilities that build the bridge between business and HR.

Bart is actively engaged in driving major HR Transformation initiatives with some of the world’s best known companies and is co-author of several Deloitte publications and blogs (incl. Exponential HR – 2019).
