Carolien de Bont

I started my career at Deloitte in 2008. As a program manager I was involved in launching the Center for the Edge EMEA in 2012. Afterwards I joined our practice in Zurich, I was responsible for driving a new innovation program and creating impactful client journeys. After my time at Deloitte Switzerland, I joined a global company within the Leadership Development industry. There I was able to help Int. corporates with their Digital Transformation by developing Leadership Development Programs for senior executives.

In 2020 I re-joined the Deloitte Center for the Edge. I feel strongly connected to the diverse ecosystem. At the Center I can help leadership, organisations and colleagues to make sense of and profit from innovative opportunities. I have a passion for creating new partnerships on the edge of business & technology. To really make an impact with the power of an ecosystem and contribute to societal grand challenges.
