I am an M&A senior manager in the financial SPA team within Transaction Services, providing specialist advice on all aspects of purchase price mechanics (pre and post completion) and including EV to equity bridge negotiations. Working on both the buy and sell side, across all industries, we aim to seek out and protect value through both completion accounts and locked box mechanisms.

Previously I spent 4.5 years in London as part of the UK SPA team.
