Clim Giesen

Clim is senior legal consultant in Deloitte Legal practice since August 2016. She finished her master degree in Labour Law at the University of Amsterdam. She advises both domestic and international clients on any Employment law related issues under Dutch law and on (re)structuring of major events in company life cycles, including reorganizations, transfer of undertakings, integration processes, harmonization of employment benefits, collective labour agreements, collective and individual dismissals, assignment policies/handbooks and expats, the position of managing directors and co-determination rights (works council).
