Daan Poelman

Daan Poelman is Director at Deloitte Consulting. He is part of the Finance & Performance team in the Netherlands. Daan has over 12 years of experience in leading and delivering a variety of finance transformation programs. Such programs focus for example at working capital optimization, post merger integrations and carve-outs, finance strategy and vision development, digitalization, operating model design, cost reduction, management information, financial process optimization, cost reduction and costing. Daan has a focus on the Consumer industry and loves to work in cross-functional, international environments and to build and be part of diverse and inclusive teams.

Daan has a registered controller degree (Executive Master of Finance and Control) in the Netherlands and is a member of the Dutch Association of Registered Controllers (VRC)
