Ellen Nijs

Ellen is a Partner in the Business Operations practice within Deloitte with a focus on the Banking Industry and performance improvement through process optimization and large transformations. She has 15 years of experience in both the Dutch and US market and is Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certified. Additionally, Ellen has successfully advised large banks, insurers and asset managers on multiple programs spanning process design and improvement, operating models, cost reduction, product and system rationalization, M&A and outsourcing.
