Eric leads the Belgian FS/ FT transfer pricing practice at Deloitte.
He has more than 20 years of experience in multi-jurisdictional transfer pricing (“TP”), first in an international law firm and then with Deloitte.
Eric regularly advises corporate clients in technical TP planning, design, modelling, exit analyses, controversy and litigation.
Eric’s track record includes the development, for multinational groups, of global tax and treasury strategies, as well as the design and implementation of numerous financing, value chain and intellectual property strategies in a tax efficient manner by creating value through business transformation.
He is a member of the Belgian Value Chain Alignment team.
He has extensive experience in negotiating and securing unilateral and bilateral APAs and tax rulings.
Eric also has extensive experience in tax disputes.
He speaks French, English and Dutch.
