Frans Breuer

Frans is a manager within the Digital Health team. He supports management in finding the balance between risk management and effective and efficient operational processes. He studied information management at Maastricht University, and also successfully completed the postdoctoral master for registered EDP-auditor.

At Deloitte, Frans has a background in executing IT audits and Third Party Assurance engagements for public and private sector, with a focus on general IT controls and organisation specific application and process related controls. The last years the primary focus has been on the Health Industry. Before joining Deloitte Frans has worked with Control Frameworks, Control Reporting and ERP implementations for 5 years.

Frans is driven to deliver added value for clients in Health. With a practical approach he aids clients to take processes and internal control to a higher level.
