I lead the Workforce Analytics service offer for Deloitte The Netherlands. I am passionate about Analytics and it is my personal mission to help Dutch organizations to start working with Analytics and improve their decision making processes and business performance with data-driven evidence and fact-based insights. In the past years I have helped a variety of organizations like Ahold, IKEA, De Nederlandsche Bank and the Dutch Governance to improve their Analytic capabilities.
