I am a Principal/Partner at Deloitte’s Human Capital practice and work with multinational companies on the intersection of Future of Work and Workforce Transformation.
I’ve been involved in research, publications and consulting projects on global talent solutions for emerging markets, trends in changes to skills and impact on talent pools, and application of AI-based technologies to create talent marketplaces within and across organizations.
I am also actively involved in Deloitte Netherlands Human Capital initiatives on ESG and Sustainable Work.
