With over ten years of experience in indirect tax, Koert Bruins is a Director in Deloitte’s Dutch Tax & Legal practice. He has a focus on the financial services industry and he has considerable experience in the technology and telecom industry as well. A valuable combination, with banks becoming technology companies and technology companies becoming banks. Payments and Fintech have his special interest.

Once described as a “pragmatic techie”, he is otherwise reliable, a straight shooter, humoristic and simply fun to work with!

Koert is passionate about food and in his free time he is quite the sportsman. He loves skiing, kickboxing, kitesurfing, tennis and many other sports.
