Lotte Diender is Senior Consultant and works in the Business Model Transformation team of Deloitte Consulting in the Netherlands.
Lotte’s primary focus is on operating model design and strategic cost transformation, translating strategy into sustainable business- and operating models.

She is passionate about healthcare and societal challenges, with her result driven and energetic attitude, she is able to engage people and realize change.

Lotte graduated cum laude in Health Economics on the Erasmus University, and studied Health Sciences at Maastricht University.
