Marjolijn Eijsink – van IJken

Marjolijn assists organizations with large transformations across various industries. She has 11 years of experience in managing complex and high-risk transformations, with a specific focus on compliance to (new) regulations.

Her current focus is on helping clients build a regulatory target operating model that enables them to identify regulatory change and understand the impact to their business. Moreover, she supports with the transformation side of implementation programs and helps to align regulatory risk to the risk and control cycle.

Besides working for Deloitte, Marjolijn is a PhD Candidate in the field of Public Administration.
