Mieke Nan is Senior Manager within the Workforce Transformation team of Deloitte's Human Capital practice in the Netherlands with a focus op Workforce Strategies and Talent Management.

Mieke has over 20 years has built her career in different Talent and Learning roles. In the past years Mieke was responsible as a global Leadership programme and setting up a workforce strategy to become more data driven as an organisation.
