Oliver Cotton

Oliver is part of the Deloitte Equity Capital Markets team. He has been involved in numerous public offerings (Initial and Secondary Offerings of both Equity and Debt) within Europe and also in the United States.

Additionally, he focuses on IPO/Exit readiness, assisting clients in the steps required to prepare for a public offering or trade sale such as strategy and business plan, financial reporting framework, internal controls and corporate governance.

He recently completed the Marathon des Sables (2018), 240km over 5 days in the Sahara desert (almost entirely self-sufficient), for charity.
