I am leading Security Operating Center (SOC) advisory and Managed Security Services for Deloitte The Netherlands. My job consists of helping our clients become their best in the ongoing battle which is called cyber defense. Over my 12 years in the information security field I have helped many organizations define, implement and source internal Security Operating Centers but also acted as service leader for Managed Security Services (like security monitoring, threat hunting, cyber threat intelligence and vulnerability management) to organizations that chose to outsource parts of their SOC capabilities.

I’m a registered EDP auditor (RE) at NOREA, hold CISA and CISM certifications at ISACA and am a member of (ISC)²

I spend a lot of my free time on the beach which is 400 meters from my home.
