Philip Siekman

Philip Siekman is a partner in Deloitte’s M&A Tax team practice. He has over 20 year experience in the tax practice and has a specific focus on the broader reward and HR tax aspects. During the last ten years, he has specialized in reward in deals and is leading the M&A management advisory services practice in the Netherlands. He has a strong focus on the integration of the different deal phases in one deal cycle and leveraging management deal success based on a multi-competence approach, C-suite relationships and multi-technical skilled people.
