Ray focuses on program management of with large scale business transformations supported by either Oracle or SAP, within the Enterprise, Technology & Performance Portfolio, is part of the Oracle partner team and has a focus on ER&I Industry.

Ray has extensive experience in Business Transformations in different Industries as well as developing the strategy and implementation of Technology enabled transformations. He routinely works as a C-level advisor for Business Transformations, Technology initiatives and translating Strategic direction into actionable Tactical and Operational plans.

Ray combines his extensive experience in Consulting (>14 years) with his broad range of experience on the client side (>10 years) in different roles like Business Transformation Manager, IT-Director Corporate Applications, Operational Finance Director, SSC-Director and Program Manager Strategic Programs.
