I am an experienced M&A professional in the Transaction Services team, providing clients with pre- and post-signing accounting related support, having moved to M&A after working 11 years in audit.

I lead the Dutch SPA team, specialising in advising both buy- and sell-side clients on purchase price mechanisms and other accounting related areas in SPAs, helping clients achieve favorable price adjustments and avoiding risks and M&A disputes.

I enjoy watching basically every sport and play basketball myself, which you’ll better understand once we’ve met in person.
