Ronald Bakker

Ronald has been involved in over 100 public offerings (Initial and Secondary Offerings both Equity and Debt) in the Netherlands, UK, Germany, Luxembourg and USA. He is a partner in the Amsterdam office and has over 20 years of experience in audit. Ronald is leading the Deloitte Equity Capital Markets team within Deloitte Netherlands (a team specialised in Capital Markets transactions).

He has thorough knowledge of IPOs and other public offerings, also advising clients in the steps required to prepare for a public offering (IPO readiness, including strategy and business, financial reporting framework, corporate governance, risk monitoring, internal controls).
