Stephanie Best Damm

Stephanie supports clients throughout acquisition- or divestment processes. As part of a team she is responsible for project management both in terms of the process, including contact with client, contacting potential targets or buyers and support during negotiations as well as management of a team for the delivery of reports. Examples are information memorandum, teasers, market reports and target searches. Stephanie enjoys processes in which she can work in close cooperation with a client on realizing the shared goal. In addition, Stephanie has performed numerous indicative valuations, impairment checks and Debt Advisory services.
