Our Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board (“SB”) is charged with supervising the policies pursued by the Executive Board and the general conduct of business of Coöperatief Deloitte U.A., Deloitte Holding B.V. and its group companies. The SB is accountable to the General Meeting, the joint group of members of Coöperatief Deloitte U.A.

H. Hans van der Noordaa
Chair
Hans van der Noordaa has many years of national and international experience as a banker and insurer. His positions included that of CEO of Delta Lloyd (2015-2017) and previously he held memberships with the Executive Boards of ING Bank and ING Groep. Hans van der Noordaa was appointed Chair of the SBs of Coöperatief Deloitte U.A. and Deloitte Holding B.V. on 29 April 2020. He holds several other supervisory positions too, such as Chair of the Supervisory Board of War Child, Chair of the Supervisory Board of the Johan Cruijff Arena, and member of the Supervisory Board of Health[e]Foundation.
Denise Larnder
Denise Larnder has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Deloitte Netherlands since October 2021. Denise is a chartered accountant and is a fellow of the ICAEW. After a long career as an audit partner and external auditor at EY until December 2016, where she also held various management and quality roles, she made the definitive transition to being a Non-Executive Director. As an external auditor, she served various insurance companies and other highly regulated entities, acted as lead audit partner for the largest pension schemes, and engagement quality review partner for listed clients. She currently holds supervisory roles at Allianz Insurance UK and the LV=GI Group, and the University of Greenwich.
Bas Verhart
Bas Verhart has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Deloitte Netherlands since October 2021. Bas has many years of experience as an entrepreneur, mostly focused on the cutting edge of digital and media, and is (co-)founder of, among others, THNK School of Creative Leadership, Media Republic and DFFRNT. He is also the founder and initiator of various social initiatives, including EarthToday. Bas started in various Non-Executive Board roles from an early age and is (or has been) a member of various Advisory Boards. He was a member of the Innovation Platform and the Amsterdam Economic Board. Bas also acts as a keynote speaker. In the past he did this at the Amsterdam Global CEO Event, the Stanford Global Innovation Leadership Program and the World Future Trends Conference. Bas is currently working as a managing partner of DFFRNT.
V.G. (Vincent) Moolenaar
Vincent Moolenaar has been a member of the SB of Deloitte Netherlands since 2016. Vincent has extensive knowledge of and experience with quality, risk management, and compliance. He held various relevant similar positions at Shell, including five years as Vice President Internal Audit. Vincent started at Ahold as Chief Audit Executive in 2010. Next, he was responsible for the worldwide integration of Ahold and Delhaize. He currently holds supervisory positions at, amongst others, Slachtofferhulp Nederland and Museum Slot Loevestein. He is also Counselor Deputy of the Corporate Chamber (Ondernemingskamer) of the Amsterdam Court and member of the National Selection Committee for Judges.
N. (Nienke) Meijer
Nienke Meijer has been on the SB of Deloitte Netherlands since 1 July 2017. From 2013 to the end of 2019, Nienke was the Chair of the Executive Board of Fontys Hogescholen, an educational institution with over 44,000 students and a staff of well over 4,000. Throughout her successful career Nienke has held various senior management positions, including at Wegener and the local newspapers Het Eindhovens Dagblad and Dagblad de Limburger. She has held various supervisory roles as well, including in the healthcare sector. Nienke is one of the founders of Stichting De Buitenboordmotor. She currently is a member of the Supervisory Board of PostNL, Chair of the Board of Stichting de Volkskrant, and a member of the Advisory Board of the AWTI (Adviesraad voor Wetenschap, Technologie en Innovatie). In 2014, Nienke was elected Top Woman of the Year.
