I am leading the (internal) leadership development team of Deloitte. Leadership Development is an important part of our Deloitte strategy. The Leadership Development Team is focussing on strenghtening our current leaders, invest in our future leaders and foster a leadership culture.

In co creation with our business and based on the business trends and development we develop central leadership development initiatiatives and make sure they are implemented and embedded in the organization.
Examples of themes and initiatives are: Inclusion & Diversity, LCSP next generation program, Deloitte Mentoring Program, Impactful Leadership Program and Director/Partner Development Program.
