I lead the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) value-added tax (VAT) team, helping clients to identify opportunities and risks in M&A transactions. Every day, I appreciate the opportunity to work with an enthusiastic team and to be part of the biggest M&A tax community in the Netherlands.

One of the former partners for whom I worked always provided me with the opportunity to act independently, from day one. This shaped me into somebody who provides my team members the opportunity to grow and to act freely and independently as professionals, while I’m still involved and supportive. In turn, the team members provide solid, original and creative advice for my clients.
