André van IJperen

I’m a partner at Deloitte Financial Advisory (‘FA’) in the Netherlands with more than 20 years’ experience in M&A, due diligence, IPOs and carve-outs in the Netherlands and United States through a two-years secondment in Deloitte’s M&A Services Group in New York.

Primarily, I’m involved in financial (vendor) due diligence of large, complex (cross border) transactions for multi-nationals, corporates and private equity investors. Further, I’m the Consumer Industry leader for FA in the Netherlands serving clients in the Food & Beverage, Retail, Consumer Products and Automotive domain. Being part of the Future of Food network within Deloitte, I’m focusing on transactions in the food innovation and alternative protein space. Also I’m involved in the Future of Mobility initiative serving road, rail and flight platforms in their quest to future developments.

Further, to assist professionals develop their skills, I facilitate technical and soft-skill courses both internally at Deloitte University in Brussels and externally at Alex van Groningen.
