I’m the Audit and Assurance (A&A) Methodology leader for the Netherlands, and an NSE methodology representative within the global Deloitte organisation. The main challenge for the audit practice is constant change, and I help audit teams deal with ambiguity and uncertainty. My purpose is to inspire confidence and belief in the changes the A&A practice is going through.

Working on a secondment in the US helped me develop as a person and build an extensive international network. Traveling makes me appreciate different ways of looking at the world, and better understand different cultural backgrounds, which has been helpful professionally. I look forward most to working on innovative projects with a team that is eager to make things better. I like to give others the opportunity to grow by being truly themselves.
