Dagmar Enklaar

Dagmar Enklaar is member of the Executive Board of Deloitte Netherlands as of 1 June 2023. As COO Dagmar is responsible for the finance organization, our Global Delivery Network, partner matters and further innovating of our services. Together with the other members of the Executive Board and the Executive Committee, we are focused to further strenghten Deloitte's position, while reinforcing our purpose, sustainable business and fostering an inclusive and diverse culture.

Prior to this position Dagmar was Managing Partner of the Deloitte Financial Advisory business unit in the Netherlands between 2019-2023. She has a background in M&A and is specialized in Health Care/Life Sciences.

Before joining Deloitte, Dagmar was Partner at Boer & Croon Corporate Finance (BCCF) where she worked for 15 years. BCCF joined Deloitte in 2018.
